1. Who We Are

BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States and operating a couture beauty atelier from 157 E Riverside Dr Ste 3C, St George - 84790-6889, United States (US). The studio designs bridal styling, editorial looks, custom garment fittings, occasion hair and makeup, veil and accessory curation, and private trial appointments.

For the purposes of applicable privacy law, BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. That means the company decides why the information is collected and how it is used, and it is accountable for the way the information is handled.

When this policy says we, us or our, it refers to BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC and the small team that works inside the atelier. When it refers to you or your, it means any person who contacts the studio, books an appointment, attends a fitting, receives a look, or simply visits this website.

The creative direction of the studio is led by the developer and stylist known as BRQTZ Couture. Enquiries about this policy may be addressed to the studio team using the contact details in the final section.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to personal information that we collect through this website, through email and telephone conversations, through appointment forms, through in-person visits to the fitting hall, and through the records created during fittings and trials.

The policy does not apply to websites run by other companies, even where we link to them or recommend them. It also does not apply to independent contractors who work with us, such as a venue, a photographer or a florist, who maintain their own privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy notices of any third party before sharing information with them.

If you browse this website without submitting a form, we still handle a limited amount of technical information, as described in the sections below. Please read the section on cookies and similar technologies carefully if you wish to understand that part of our work.

3. Information We Collect

We try to collect only the information that is genuinely useful for planning and delivering an atelier service. The categories below describe what that usually means in practice.

Contact and identity details

Your name, preferred name, email address, telephone number, postal address when needed for delivery, and the way you would like to be addressed. For bridal and family groups we may hold the names and contact details of people attending an appointment with you.

Appointment details

The date, time and location of your appointment, the type of service requested, the names of the people attending, accessibility needs, arrival notes and any special arrangements that make the visit comfortable.

Fitting and styling records

Measurements, posture notes, garment specifications, fabric swatches, colour readings, alteration history, accessory decisions, style preferences and the narrative notes the stylist writes after a session. These records are central to the couture service and are discussed in more detail later in this policy.

Payments and billing

Deposit records, invoice references, partial payment history and refund status. We do not store full card numbers in the atelier. Card payments are handled by a payment processor, as described in the payments section.

Communications

The content of emails, messages and telephone notes, including any files or photographs you choose to send. We keep these because they often contain the instructions that shape a look.

Technical information

Internet protocol address, browser type, device type, rough geographic region, pages viewed, referring links and the date and time of a visit. This information is used to keep the website working and to understand which pages are useful.

4. Sensitive Personal Details

Couture work sometimes involves information that people reasonably consider private. This can include body measurements, skin sensitivities, allergies to adhesive or dye, mobility limitations, pregnancy, and details about medical conditions that affect how a garment or a beauty treatment should be planned.

We ask for this information only when it is necessary to keep an appointment safe and comfortable, and we treat it with a higher standard of care. It is shared only with the stylist and the team members who need it for your appointment. It is not used for marketing, it is not sold, and it is not disclosed to third parties except where a service provider must know, for example a seamstress preparing an adaptation or a venue arranging access.

You may decline to provide any sensitive detail. If you do, we will plan the session with the information available to us and explain any limitation that this creates. For example, if a skin sensitivity is unknown, we may insist on a patch trial before a full application.

Where the law requires explicit consent for a particular use of sensitive information, we will ask for that consent separately and in clear terms, and we will honour a withdrawal of consent for future use.

5. How We Collect Information

Most information reaches us in four ways. First, you may give it to us directly when you complete the contact form, send an email, make a telephone call, or speak with a stylist during a visit. Second, we may create records ourselves during an appointment, by writing measurements and notes in the fitting ledger. Third, we may receive information from people acting on your behalf, such as a partner, a wedding planner or a parent arranging a gift session. Fourth, the website and our email systems generate a limited amount of technical information automatically.

When someone else provides information about you, we ask that person to confirm that you are aware of the arrangement. If you believe that someone has shared your details with us without your knowledge, please contact the studio and we will review the situation promptly.

6. Why We Use Your Information

We use personal information to plan appointments and answer enquiries, to prepare a fitting hall for a specific client, to design and deliver the requested look, to keep a reliable record of measurements and alterations, to process deposits and invoices, to coordinate with venues and photographers where relevant, and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We also use information to improve the atelier. For example, if several clients report that a particular fabric photographs poorly under warm light, we may adjust our guidance for future projects. This kind of improvement work uses aggregated or de-identified observations wherever possible, and never reveals an individual client to the public.

With your consent, we may send occasional studio notes about new services, seasonal calendars or open appointment dates. Every message includes a simple way to stop receiving further notes, and we honour that request without requiring a reason.

We do not use personal information for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not build behavioural advertising profiles from the fitting records.

8. Appointment and Fitting Records

The fitting ledger is the practical heart of the atelier. It records measurements, posture notes, fabric choices, colour readings, alteration history and short narrative notes written by the stylist. These records are versioned, which means a later change does not erase an earlier one. That design choice protects both the client and the studio, because it allows any adjustment to be traced and explained.

Fitting records are stored on access-controlled systems used by the studio team. Paper notes made during a session are transferred to the digital record and then shredded, unless a client asks that a physical swatch or a signed note be retained. Records are shared with a seamstress or an external maker only where that person needs the relevant measurements to complete a task.

Clients may request a copy of their fitting summary at any time. The summary is written in plain language and does not include internal comments that are unrelated to the client. Where a correction is needed, we will update the record and note the date of the correction so the history remains clear.

If you move away or decide not to return, you may ask us to delete your fitting record, subject to the retention rules in this policy. We will confirm the deletion in writing. Some financial records must be kept for accounting purposes, and those are described in the retention section.

9. Photographs and Likeness

We photograph looks for the client record. These photographs show the garment, the hair, the makeup and the accessories under the lighting conditions used during the appointment. They help the client remember decisions and help the studio reproduce a look accurately in the future.

Photographs taken for the client record are not published without a separate and specific permission. If we would like to use an image in the studio portfolio, on this website or on social media, we will ask for that permission in writing, explain where the image may appear, and record the answer. You may withdraw a permission later, and we will remove the image from channels we control within a reasonable period.

Images created by an independent photographer at a wedding or a shoot belong to that photographer and are governed by the agreement between you and the photographer. We may receive copies for the fitting record, and those copies are handled under this policy.

We never publish an image of a client in a way that identifies a sensitive detail without explicit permission. Where a client prefers not to be identifiable, we can crop, turn or frame the image so that the garment is visible and the person is not.

10. Payments and Billing

Card payments are processed by a third party payment provider. The provider receives the payment details needed to complete the transaction and handles them under its own security and privacy obligations. BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC receives a confirmation, the amount, the date and the last few digits of the card for reconciliation purposes. We do not store full card numbers, security codes or magnetic stripe data in our own systems.

Invoices, deposit records and refund notes are kept for accounting and tax purposes. These records may include your name, contact details and a description of the service. Access is limited to the people who manage billing.

If a payment is disputed, we may need to share transaction evidence with the payment provider or the relevant financial institution. This sharing is limited to what is necessary to resolve the dispute.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website is built as a small, static site. It does not use advertising cookies, and it does not install tracking pixels for third party advertisers. Some technical storage may still be used by the hosting provider to deliver pages reliably and to protect the site against abuse.

If we later introduce a tool that sets cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before the tool is activated. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites behave, although the essential pages of this site are designed to work without them.

Server logs may record your internet protocol address, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs help diagnose faults and detect unusual traffic. They are not used to build a profile of your interests.

12. When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent contact lists. We share information only in the limited situations described here.

Whenever information is shared with a supplier, we limit the share to what the task requires and we expect the supplier to protect it. We do not permit a supplier to use atelier client information for its own marketing.

13. Service Providers

The atelier relies on a small number of service providers for hosting, email, file storage, scheduling and payments. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions. They are selected for reliability and for a serious approach to security.

Some providers operate in the United States and others may operate in other countries. Where information moves across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected, including contractual terms and the selection of providers with recognised safeguards.

We review the list of providers periodically. If a provider is replaced, the replacement is expected to meet the same standard, and information is transferred or deleted in a controlled way.

14. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as the law requires. The periods below describe the usual practice.

When a retention period ends, information is deleted or de-identified. Where deletion is not immediately possible because of a backup cycle, the information is isolated and not used until the backup is overwritten.

15. How We Protect Information

We use a combination of organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. Access to the fitting ledger is restricted to named team members. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where the system supports it. Devices are kept updated, and files are stored in access-controlled services rather than on open shared drives.

Paper notes are kept in a locked cabinet during the day and secured overnight. Swatches and physical samples that carry a client name are stored in labelled drawers that are not visible to other clients. Visitors to the hall see only the current appointment materials.

No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain the incident, and notify affected people and the relevant authorities where the law requires it. We will explain what happened in plain language and what we are doing about it.

16. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, to ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive information in a portable format.

To exercise a right, write to couture@brqtzcouture.buzz or call +16677670755. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and the information concerned. We may ask for a small amount of identifying information so that we do not disclose personal information to the wrong person. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and we will explain any reason why a request cannot be fully met.

You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator in your region. We would prefer the chance to resolve a concern directly first, and we will take a complaint seriously.

We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right. A client who asks for deletion of marketing records will still receive the services that were booked.

17. Privacy for Children

The atelier serves adults and, in some family celebrations, younger members of a family. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under thirteen through this website. Appointments involving a minor are arranged with a parent or guardian, who provides the information and stays present during the session.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information to the studio without a guardian, please contact us. We will review the record and delete the information if it was collected without appropriate consent.

Fitting records for a minor are kept only for the purpose of the booked service and any follow-up alteration, and they are deleted on request from the guardian.

19. Visitors Outside the United States

The atelier is based in the United States, and the information described in this policy is generally processed there. If you contact us from another country, you should understand that the protections available in the United States may differ from those in your home region.

Where a client in another country books a destination project, we apply the same care to the information in that project, and we take reasonable steps to ensure that cross-border transfers are protected. If your local law gives you specific rights, we will work with you to honour them where we are able to do so.

Travel and venue coordination may require sharing a limited set of details with suppliers in another country. We share only what is needed and we record the share in the project notes.

20. Changes to This Policy

We review this policy from time to time. When we make a change, we update the effective date and, where the change is significant, we place a short notice on the website and inform active clients by email.

Significant changes might include a new category of information, a new kind of supplier, or a new legal requirement. Small clarifications, such as improved wording or a corrected link, may be made without a notice, though the date will still be updated.

The version published on this page is the current version. If you would like a copy of an earlier version, write to the studio and we will provide one where we still hold it.

21. How to Contact Us

Questions, requests and complaints about privacy may be sent to the studio using the details below. We aim to answer within one business day and to resolve substantive requests within the period required by law.
