These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC, a couture beauty atelier at 157 E Riverside Dr Ste 3C, St George - 84790-6889, United States (US). By booking an appointment, attending a fitting, commissioning a look, or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below.
Please read them before you commit to a date. They are written to be practical rather than hostile, and they exist so that both the client and the studio know what to expect when a couture project begins.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or booking a service with BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or that you are acting with the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to agree to these terms on behalf of anyone you book for.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website and do not book a service. If you have already booked and you do not agree, contact the studio promptly using the details in the final section so that the booking can be reviewed before work begins.
These terms apply to the whole of our relationship, including the enquiry, the booking, the fitting, the trial and the final delivery of a look. They apply whether the booking was made by email, by telephone, through a form on this site or in person at the fitting hall.
2. The Services We Provide
BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC operates a couture beauty atelier. The services offered include bridal styling sessions, editorial look design, custom garment fittings, occasion hair and makeup, veil and accessory curation, and trial and preview appointments. The studio works from 157 E Riverside Dr Ste 3C, St George - 84790-6889, United States (US) and travels for approved projects.
The description of a service on this website is an invitation to discuss a project. It is not a guaranteed catalogue of an identical result for every client. Couture work is adapted to the person, the garment, the occasion and the light, and small variations are part of the method rather than a defect.
The studio may decline a booking that falls outside its expertise, that conflicts with an existing commitment, or that raises a safety concern. If a booking is declined, any amount already paid for that booking will be returned in full, except for card processing costs that the processor does not refund.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking becomes binding when the studio issues a written confirmation and, where a deposit is required, when the deposit is received. A verbal conversation or an unanswered enquiry does not reserve a date.
The written confirmation sets out the service, the date, the time, the location, the names of the people attending, the fees and the deposit. Please check it carefully and tell us at once if anything is incorrect. Corrections are easiest before the plan is locked.
Dates are held for a short period while a deposit is arranged. If the deposit does not arrive within the period stated in the confirmation, the date may be released to another client without further notice. If you need more time, ask the studio before the hold expires.
Changes to the scope of a booking, such as adding a second look, extending a fitting or bringing an extra guest, may require an adjusted fee and a revised confirmation. The change is not effective until both parties agree to the revision in writing.
4. Deposits and Payment
Most bookings require a deposit to secure the date and to cover initial preparation. The confirmation states the deposit amount and the date by which it is due. The deposit is applied to the final fee and is not an additional charge.
The balance is due on the schedule stated in the confirmation. For bridal and editorial projects the balance is usually due before the final trial or on delivery of the finished look. For single appointments the balance is due on the day. The studio may require payment before an appointment begins.
Accepted payment methods are listed in the confirmation. Card payments are handled by a payment processor, and the studio does not store full card details. Bank transfer, where offered, must be received before the appointment.
Late payment may pause work on a project. If a balance remains unpaid for more than fourteen days after the due date, the studio may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation terms. Interest is not charged, but the studio may recover reasonable costs of recovering an unpaid balance.
Prices are quoted in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for thirty days unless the confirmation says a different period. Prices may change for new bookings as materials and time change, but a confirmed booking is honoured at the agreed price.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. The following schedule applies to cancellation and rescheduling, unless the confirmation states a different arrangement for a particular project.
- If you cancel more than fourteen days before the appointment, the deposit is refunded in full, less any card processing cost that the processor does not return.
- If you cancel between fourteen and seven days before the appointment, the deposit is retained, and any additional amount already paid is refunded.
- If you cancel within seven days of the appointment, the deposit is retained and a rescheduling fee may apply if a new date is requested.
- If you do not attend an appointment without notice, the deposit is retained and the studio may require a new deposit for any future booking.
- If the studio cancels for a reason within its control, you may choose a full refund or a priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
Rescheduling is treated like a cancellation combined with a new booking. One rescheduling is normally permitted without a new deposit when the request is made more than seven days before the appointment. Repeated rescheduling may require a fresh deposit, because the date is held away from other clients.
For multi-day editorial and destination projects, separate terms are set in the project confirmation. Those terms account for travel, accommodation and crew commitments that cannot be recovered at short notice.
6. Punctuality and Appointment Length
Appointments are scheduled with enough time to do the work properly. Please arrive at the time stated in the confirmation. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened so that the following appointment is not disrupted, and the full fee may still apply.
If you expect to be delayed, call or message the studio as soon as possible. Where the schedule allows, we will accommodate a short delay. Where it does not, we will discuss the options, which may include a shorter session or a rescheduled appointment.
A fitting is a working session, not a waiting room. Please bring only the people whose input you genuinely need. Extra guests can crowd the hall, change the light and slow the decision process, and the studio may ask that additional visitors wait in the reception area.
7. Client Responsibilities
To deliver a good outcome, the studio depends on accurate information from the client. You agree to provide correct contact details, truthful answers about relevant sensitivities or mobility needs, and clear instructions about what you want the look to achieve.
You agree to tell the studio about anything that may affect the safety or comfort of an appointment, including allergies, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy, or a medical device that may interact with a treatment. This information is handled under the Privacy Policy and is used only to plan the session properly.
You agree to arrive with clean, dry hair unless the confirmation says otherwise, and to follow any preparation instructions that the studio sends before the appointment. A look built on unprepared hair or skin will not hold as well, and the studio cannot guarantee a result in those conditions.
You agree to be honest during the trial. If a detail does not feel right, say so. The purpose of the trial is to find and fix hesitation before the event, and quiet discomfort on the day is much harder to solve than an honest comment in the hall.
8. Garments and Client Property
Clients may bring their own garments, veils, jewellery and family pieces. The studio will take reasonable care of them while they are on the premises. Please tell us about any fragile, antique or irreplaceable item before the appointment so that handling can be planned.
The studio is not responsible for ordinary wear that occurs during a proper fitting, such as the minor marks that can appear when a garment is pinned, pressed or tried on. The studio is not responsible for items left behind after an appointment, although staff will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner and hold found items for thirty days.
Where a garment is damaged through negligence by the studio, the studio will discuss repair or compensation with the client. Liability for a garment is limited to the documented replacement value supplied by the client before the appointment, and in any event is limited as described in the liability section.
Garments awaiting collection are kept for thirty days after the agreed collection date. After that period, the studio may charge a reasonable storage fee or, after written notice, arrange for the garment to be collected by the client. The studio will not dispose of a garment without giving notice.
9. Trials, Previews and Approvals
A trial or preview is included in most couture packages, and in some single appointments it is available as an add-on. The purpose of the trial is to test the whole look, confirm the details, and remove uncertainty before the event.
During the preview the client is asked to approve the final version of the look. Approval may be given verbally and recorded in the fitting ledger, or in writing by email. Once a look is approved, later changes may require a new appointment and an additional fee, particularly if they affect an already finished garment.
The studio will make reasonable adjustments during the trial at no extra cost. Substantial changes of direction, such as a different silhouette or a completely different colour palette, are treated as a new brief and may be quoted separately.
A preview is not a guarantee against every possible change on the day. Hair can settle, skin can change and weather can alter a plan. The studio will work with the client to adapt the approved look on the day wherever possible, but it cannot promise an identical result under different conditions.
10. Editorial and Commercial Projects
Editorial look design is provided on a project basis. The brief, the schedule, the number of looks, the crew, the usage and the fee are set out in a written project agreement. The general terms in this document apply alongside that agreement, except where the project agreement states a different rule.
Editorial projects often involve tight timing and multiple setups. The studio expects the brief to be confirmed before the day, the mood board to be final, and any garment changes to be communicated in advance. Late changes on set may be possible, but they are quoted separately and depend on the availability of the team.
Usage rights for images created during an editorial project are governed by the agreement between the client and the photographer. The studio does not grant usage rights in images it did not create, and it does not use client images for promotion without the permission described in the photography section.
Crew working hours, overtime, travel and on-set expenses are specified in the project agreement. Where the project agreement is silent, the studio standard hourly rate applies to additional hours agreed on the day.
11. Travel and Destination Work
The studio accepts destination projects when the calendar allows. Travel is quoted separately and may include transport, accommodation, a venue walk-through and the cost of shipping the kit safely.
For destination work, the client is responsible for confirming venue access, parking, power, a suitable preparation room and any local permit that applies to hair, makeup or photography. The studio will provide a checklist to help with this, but the final responsibility remains with the client or the venue.
If travel plans are disrupted by a carrier, weather or another event beyond the control of either party, both parties will work in good faith to find a workable alternative. The force majeure section describes how unrecoverable costs are handled.
12. Conduct in the Atelier
The fitting hall is a calm working space, and we ask guests to respect it. Aggressive language, harassment of any kind, or conduct that makes a team member feel unsafe is not acceptable. The studio may end an appointment and ask a person to leave if that standard is not met, and the fee for the session remains payable.
Food and drink are permitted in the reception area but not in the fitting hall, except for water. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Pets are not permitted, except for an assistance animal working with a client.
The studio is committed to accessibility and dignity for every client. If you need a specific arrangement, tell us when you book so that the room can be prepared before you arrive.
13. Photography and Portfolio Use
Photographs are taken for the client record so that a look can be remembered and reproduced. These images are stored with the fitting record under the Privacy Policy and are not published without separate permission.
If the studio wishes to use an image in its portfolio, on the website or on social media, it will ask for specific written permission that identifies the image and the channel. A permission may be withdrawn, and the studio will remove the image from channels it controls within a reasonable period.
If a client or a guest takes photographs in the hall, the studio asks that the team and other clients are not captured without consent. Photography for commercial use on the premises requires a separate arrangement and, where another client is present, their written permission.
14. Intellectual Property
This website, its text, its visual design and its written service descriptions belong to BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the site, print pages for personal reference, and share links. You may not copy the text or design into another commercial site without written permission.
The creative look designs, look plates, fitting records and internal methods developed by the studio remain the intellectual property of the studio. A client receives the physical or digital look that was commissioned, but the client does not receive ownership of the underlying method or of the notes used to build it.
Where a client supplies reference images, sketches or written briefs, the client confirms that they have the right to share them. The studio will use those materials only to plan the project and will not publish them without permission.
15. Third Party Goods and Venues
The studio may recommend a supplier, a seamstress, a florist, a photographer or a venue. A recommendation is given in good faith based on the studio experience, but the studio does not control the other business and is not responsible for the quality, timing or conduct of that business.
Where the studio arranges a purchase on behalf of a client, the supplier terms apply to that purchase. The studio will pass on the relevant information and will help resolve a problem where it reasonably can, but any warranty or return right is governed by the supplier.
Venue rules, including load-in times, room access and noise limits, are set by the venue. The client agrees to ensure that the studio receives those rules in good time, and the studio will plan the schedule to match them.
16. Limitation of Liability
BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunity, lost reputation or emotional distress, arising from a booking or from the use of this website.
The total liability of the studio for a claim connected with a booking is limited to the total fee paid for that booking. Where a client property claim is involved, liability is limited to the documented value provided before the appointment, and in any event to the total fee paid for the booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitation applies to the fullest extent that the law permits.
The studio is not liable for a reaction, irritation or dissatisfaction caused by a product that a client asked the studio to use against the studio advice, or for a result that the client specifically instructed the studio to depart from the approved trial.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BrqtzBeautyCouture LLC and its team against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms, from information you supplied that was not yours to supply, or from misuse of material obtained from this website.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the studio. It is intended to cover situations such as a third party claim that a reference image you provided infringed another person rights.
If a claim arises, the studio will notify you promptly and will allow you a reasonable opportunity to participate in the response, without obliging you to take over the defence.
18. Events Beyond Our Control
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event beyond reasonable control. Examples include severe weather, wildfire evacuation, public health restrictions, utility failure, transport disruption, or a building closure ordered by an authority.
If such an event affects a booking, the party affected will notify the other as soon as possible and both parties will work in good faith to reschedule. Deposits are carried to the new date where the event is genuine and documented.
If rescheduling is impossible within a reasonable period, the studio will refund amounts paid for work not yet performed, after deducting costs that were genuinely committed and cannot be recovered. The studio will show the basis of any deduction.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Utah have jurisdiction over a dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties, unless a mandatory consumer rule in the client region provides otherwise.
Before beginning a formal process, we ask both parties to attempt a direct resolution. Write to the studio with a clear description of the concern and the outcome you are seeking. The studio will reply within fourteen days and will propose a meeting if that would help.
If direct discussion does not resolve the matter, the parties may agree to a mediation with a neutral mediator. Mediation is not compulsory, but it is often faster and less costly than a courtroom for the kinds of disagreement that arise in a service relationship.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief from a court where that is genuinely necessary to protect a legal right.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect a change in the services, a new legal requirement or a clearer way of explaining a rule. The current version is published on this page, and the effective date is shown at the end.
A change does not alter the terms of a booking that was already confirmed, unless the change is required by law or the client agrees in writing. New bookings are subject to the version in force at the time of confirmation.
If a provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. The unenforceable provision is adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or removed if adjustment is not possible.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
21. Contact and Notices
Notices to the studio should be sent in writing using the details below. Notices to a client are sent to the email address or postal address provided in the booking confirmation. It is the responsibility of the client to keep those details current.
