Tell us the occasion, the date and the service that interests you. We answer every enquiry personally within one business day, and we will suggest the right room in the atelier before any appointment is booked. Visits are by appointment only, so the hall stays quiet for the client who is in it.
If you prefer to speak, call the studio during business hours. If you have photographs, fabric references or a mood board, mention them in your message and we will reply with a private way to send them.

- Friday: 9:00 to 16:00
- Saturday: 10:00 to 15:00, by appointment
- Sunday: closed
Evening fittings are available on request for bridal clients, and event mornings are scheduled outside the listed hours.
Before You Write
Three questions clients often ask
We answer within one business day, usually the same day when the studio is open. If your date is within four weeks, say so in the subject line and the enquiry will be prioritised so that availability can be checked quickly.
Yes. A short introduction visit can be arranged so that you can see the light, the mirror and the fitting stool before committing. Tell us what you would like to look at and we will set aside twenty minutes between appointments.
We do, when the calendar allows. Destination weddings, editorial shoots and private international commissions are quoted as projects, with travel and venue access set out in writing. Include the dates and the location in your message and we will confirm whether the team is available.
